Luxfer MEL Technologies is a global leader in the development, manufacture and supply of Magnesium and Zirconium based products and services to technology industries worldwide.

We are looking for a proven Account Manager to be the liaison between our Oil & Gas customers, prospects and the rest of the organization. You will be working with new product technologies to continue our growth in this exciting market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services, including a practical understanding of applications, technical performance and sales features, alongside those of our competitors to maximize market potential with the application.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to seek and pursue new opportunities for our products and help qualify interested clients.

  • Maintain regular contact within the market to keep abreast of opportunities and existing clients.

  • Monitor market activity and market share, identifying trends and providing insight about customers and potential markets to the rest of the organization

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships between customers and our organization

  • Prepare proposals for new and existing products, while maintaining the company CRM

  • Receive and update orders into our ERP system, while maintaining customer expectations for any activity

  • Identify and attend tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars, presentations and events to market our products and services

  • Any other duties within the competence of the candidate as requested

Experience & Skills

  • Some experience working in an upstream Oil & Gas application. Familiarity with hydraulic fracturing process a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to read technical drawings of parts

  • Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize work to achieve maximum outcomes

  • Must be comfortable presenting information to audiences of customers, internal team members and interested parties

  • Must possess a high attention to detail

  • Maintain a professional approach to work with clients and other team members

The Home DME carries a full line of mobility devices and accessories that are delivered directly to the home. POSITION DESCRIPTION Responsible for generating business from territory referral sources to meet Company goals. Conducts personalized visits to all external primary referral sources and interested parties and represents agency at qualified community events. Work with office staff to ensure that each referral is successfully received and processed. Implements and evaluates a territory sales plan and coordinates with clinical and operational leadership to ensure excellent service on behalf of the Company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Seek and develop sales opportunities within the community * Drives profitable growth by spending majority of the time in the field developing a strong basis of referrals and recommendations * Drives growth by collaborating with leadership to establish a growth culture * Drives growth by surfacing barriers to growth and working with clinical, sales, and operational leadership to resolve these barriers to ensure customers needs and concerns are addressed * Understands services and stays abreast of industry trends to better align and represent the Company advantage in the market area * Possess a working knowledge of other USMM divisions and collaborate with representatives of those divisions if determined appropriate by leadership * Develop strong brand presence and service reputation within the community * Utilizes company resources to ensure appropriate return on investment * Acts as a liaison between operations and referral source to ensure patients needs are being met * Attends and actively participates in any sales growth meetings (via conference call), regional meetings, staff meetings, etc. * Adheres to employee policies * Requires a valid, clean drivers license, dependable transportation and insurance * Ensures protected health information is kept confidential * Reports complaints made by patients or families to the appropriate individuals * Adheres to established personnel policies * Ensure care is provided with respect to patient rights * Reports neglect and allegations of patient abuse * Attends meetings and in-services as required * Creates positive image between colleagues * Demonstrates appropriate problem solving methods * Promote positive agency communication * Other duties as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE * Three years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing and/or public relations PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field * Experience in the health care field Usmm Houston TX
