As a key member of our Donor Recruitment team, you will work within an established geographic territory with long term accounts and utilize your keen marketing, sales and customer service skills to maximize recruitment strategies to ensure that we meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual blood collection goals for the hospitals that we serve.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working within an established geographic territory with long term accounts while also developing new business within your assigned territory

  • Introducing new technologies and maximizing relationships with existing accounts to achieve monthly collection goals

  • Working with internal departments and accounts (businesses, schools, faith-based organizations, government, colleges and community groups) in the scheduling and planning of their blood drive events.

  • Identifying new accounts and markets and participating in civic/community organizations to build new donor opportunities

  • Establishing plans, monitory metrics and utilize resources to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to NYBC.

  • Ensuring all standard operating procedures and policies are followed

  • Promoting and implementing regional and central marketing programs

  • Handling other related functions as needed


To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, along with the ability to effectively speak in public, and a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales, marketing or customer service (in addition to the years' experience in the educational requirement). The ability to plan short/long term goals, speak in public, execute events, develop effective blood drive strategies, and work a "non-traditional" schedule that may include Evenings/Weekends will all be expected, as will the ability to meet collection goals/objectives, and a valid driver's license. Superior time management, oral/written communication, interpersonal, multitasking and PC (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential. Bilingual skills preferred.

Position Description As a General Manager with Restaurant Technologies, you will be responsible for providing leadership of all operating processes within your designated depot/region. You will be a member of the Regional Leadership Team, partnering with sales and account management teams to achieve customer satisfaction and overall company goals. Key Responsibilities * Manages the profitability of the depot (P&L) to include achieving budget plan objectives; inventory management; meeting install objectives; and insuring accounts receivable controls * Partner with Regional HR team to recruit, hire, train, manage, and retain an effective team of qualified sales, technical, and management personnel * Support and maintain accountability of company assets including Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) * Planning/Procurement of parts and product * Assists with effectively managing distribution to insure the customer receives prompt oil deliveries * Ensures that RT complies with all local and federally regulated requirements including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP as well as internal processes and policies Position Requirements * 7-10 years of related management experience including experience in planning, prioritizing, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis * Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus in business and operations, Master's degree preferred * Travel Ability up to 30% * Experience in leading teams for high performance-performance management, coaching, handling conflict and developing employees NEXT STEPS Thank you for your interest in a position with Restaurant Technologies.
