Position Summary

The Account Manager sells and promotes Life Time Fitness memberships, programs, services, and products by motivating current and prospective members to achieve their fitness goals. They establish personalized relationships with each new and existing club member. The Account Manager maintains the business plan and marketing strategies to increase membership retention, membership sales, and drive revenue from Life Time Fitness products and services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Educates members on how Life Time Fitness can help them achieve a healthier way of life

  • Achieves daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach

  • Customizes the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs and places to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member

  • Collaborates daily with club leadership to ensure effective onboarding and strong retention of members

  • Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service

  • Experience in meeting and exceeding goals in a performance based culture

  • Completion of Life Time University Account Manager, Personal Training and Leadership Certification once hired

  • Ability to work a variety of work schedules

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management

Description: The PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER will work with field management, corporate planning groups, operations, and contractors to evaluate, design, and implement equipment, systems, and facilities projects in order to sustain and improve the operations. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: * Provides leadership by establishing and maintaining communications between operations and support departments. Provide technical expertise relating to processing equipment, facility layouts, facility construction, and facility improvements. * Manages the development, justification, and execution of capital projects. Will also oversee the quality, schedule and budget of assigned projects. * Collaborates with others to improve ARAMARK Uniform Services (AUS) operations through: energy reduction, machine utilization, product quality, and labor efficiencies. * Cordinates the development and evaluation of annual regional capital budgets within limits set by Corporate Engineering. Facilitates discussions with Operations to prioritize projects within facilities, groups, and the region. * Assists with research and testing of new equipment, products and services. * Will audit and consult with operating facilities on environmental compliance, safety standards, and equipment and facility maintenance. * Will assist with interviewing, hiring, and the training of maintenance staff. * Provides technical training to operations managers through workshops, seminars and one-on-one sessions in such areas as maintenance, energy reduction, wastewater pretreatment, and capital projects. * Must be open and willing to travel up to 80%. * Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications: * A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred and required. * Five years of progressive engineering design and/or project management experience is preferred. * Two years of hands on management experience with at least 5 Direct Reports is preferred and required. * Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. * Knowledge of methods, analysis, forecasting, work place design, work measurement, capital planning and resource planning is preferred. * Demonstrated strong analytical skills. * Demonstrated project management skills. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar scheduling software) is required. * Must be capable of coordinating and managing multiple projects in multiple facilities at any given time.
