THE POSITION

This position is responsible for servicing Lenders that purchase multiple lead products from LendingTree. This position will be primary day to day or operations (fulfilling operational requirements and responding to lender service issues) contact point for these lenders. The Account Manager will work to help our lenders to grow by expanding lead volume and increasing their conversions on our leads. Our focus is on the lender being successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize lender performance to help strategically grow the relationship.

  • Act as a consultant with lenders by diving deep into their process to understand where borrowers might have hurdles in the lender's process.

  • Take responsibility for the relationship and how to drive lender growth through expanding lead volume and increasing lender conversion.

  • Interact with Product and Marketing teams to be internal advocate for our lenders. Comfortable with asking open ended questions to delve deeper into what a lender does so that you can provide feedback

  • Manage day to day relationship and communication with lender. Focus on building and cultivating successful relationships at all levels, horizontally and vertically within the company.

  • Provide training to lenders. Manage lender performance such as timely payment of invoices and lender closing rates. Work with lender to improve their success and minimize their margin per closed loan.

  • Analyze reports, recommend and implement changes to the relationship based on results. Send weekly and monthly reports to lender and internal contacts as needed.

  • Leverage and serve as the liaison with in house resources such as lender technical services, finance, and legal to ensure excellent lender service.

  • Ensure accurate loading of lender funding files.

  • This includes soliciting late files, auditing and correcting any funding errors.

  • Work the accounting and finance to maximize recovered revenue.

  • Proficient PC Skills.

  • Must demonstrate ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations, use Word and Excel.

  • Must be organized with outstanding time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrate superior problem solving and decision making skills.

  • Must be a team player and adaptable to changing environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
