WOW our Customers with excellent customer service to ensure correct and prompt delivery of orders. Manage orders for the reps in their area from the creation of the order until delivery. Provide assistance to customers by answering questions, placing orders, responding to special requests and troubleshooting issues. This position is the onsite liaison between Zephyr and our sales reps which provides excellent customer service to both external and internal customers. Regularly communicate issues and problem-solving solutions with the sales rep. The Account Manager will create products for orders and will manage the life cycle of those products.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p

Analyze orders to identify possible issues or questions that could arise
Monitor progress so all orders are produced correctly and on time
Work with customers, reps and any department to handle and resolve all in-house issues
Handle all customer issues like credit requests, pricing issues and order delays
Multi-tasking, attention to detail
