Candidate must reside near Ardmore, Bethlehem, Bristol, Center City/Sansom St.Scranton, Dickson City, Easton, Irwin, Johnstown, Mt. Pocono, Northern Liberties/5th Street, Pittsburgh, Pottsville, Scranton, Stroudsburg, University City, or West Chester.

Pennsylvania Medical Solutions is focused on integrating standard medical, scientific, and operational practices into the medical cannabis industry, improving the quality, safety, and affordability of cannabis-based medicines for our patients in Pennsylvania. The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature's Remedy. The Company provides an unparalleled in-store experience, coupled with online reservations and in-store express pickup.

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• The Account Manager reports to the Director of Operations in PA

• Manage existing relationships with wholesale accounts and serve as the point of contact for needs and requests

• Coordinate and run pop-up events for Jushi brands at wholesale accounts and Jushi retail stores

• Provide in-store and virtual training on brands and products to accounts

• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

• Report on the status of accounts and transactions

• Set and track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics

• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

• Expert in all Jushi brands and communicates the value of products

• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge

• Represent Jushi at industry events throughout the state

• Relay vendor and customer feedback to commercial and sales departments for continuous improvement

• Support and execute local marketing initiatives as needed

• Monitors how Jushi products are merchandised and displayed in dispensaries as well as online

• Process sales orders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 50% to 70% travel; must have a car

• Non-traditional work schedule including evening and weekend work

• High school diploma/GED. Undergraduate degree preferred

• Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required; this person will be our product expert

• 2+ years experience in a sales position required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High degree of professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to multitask

• Extraverted and enthusiastic personality
