This is a direct sales role for the Lifecycle Support Services division of Intelligrated, we offer comprehensive lifecycle management that maximizes our customers' uptime while reducing costs through proactive solutions designed for longevity and efficiency. We

custom design solutions to meet their needs within the broad categories of parts, field service, contract services, technical support, training, modifications and upgrades, and connected solutions.

The successful candidate will build relationships with our small to medium sized customers within a geographic sales territory, identify issues and develop leads into opportunities, drive solution development and close business.

The position is designed to complement the new equipment sales teams to ensure our customers have a positive experience throughout the lifecycle of their equipment.

Specific responsibilities include:

Travel to customer sites in order to engage with and understand their needs

Develop solutions and present to customers

Manage a pipeline of business

Close opportunities and meet a quota
25 Identify Opportunities 25 Manage and Plan Accounts 25 Negotiate and Close 25 Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of five years' experience in a B2B, industrial sales or engineering role

  • Minimum of two years' of logistics experience

WE VALUE

  • Experience with field or contract services

  • Experience with connected assets, remote condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM

The Account Manager creates and delivers real value by working with the client(s) to set appropriate performance goals and understanding key value drivers. The candidate drives performance by collaborating with the internal business partners to ensure understanding and alignment on client and program goals; solicits and gains support from the internal business partners to adjust activities as needed; leads the team to successfully deliver on program performance Improvement initiatives. Furthermore, the purpose of this role is to lead, manage, and coordinate various activities of cross-functional project teams on critical/high complexity projects. This role requires close liaison with the relevant project sponsors/customers and resource managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to the right quality and within budget, in-line with business priority.
