Make an Impact! The Account Manager Main Line Health HomeCare & Hospice is responsible and accountable for identifying, educating, managing and growing existing and new referral sources for HomeCare & Hospice programs and services. This includes conducting marketing and education seminars / activities and coordinating any multidisciplinary activities that will promote the HomeCare & Hospice service lines. The position will also act as a liaison to physicians and their office staff, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other referral sources and provide marketing material and strategies as appropriate. In addition, the Account Manager will provide pertinent information as needed to staff, patients, families, and other professionals in the community.

Position: Account Manager
Experience: Minimum of 5 years recent marketing and sales experience with a proven measurable record of selling success. Industry knowledge of Private Duty HomeCare, Home Health and Hospice required.
Bachelor's degree required. Certification of established sales training program a plus.

3.Understanding of how insurance works in relation to HomeCare & Hospice.
4.Ability to problem solve and prioritize.
5.Energetic, creative and enthusiastic communication skills.
6.Public speaking experience.
