The Account Manager is responsible for the financial performance of investors rental units. They will have a team to support them consisting of maintenance vendors, local property managers, receptionist team, and accounting department to name a few. The Account Manager will run weekly reports to track maintenance completion, tenant delinquencies and vacancies. Additionally, overall financial performance for the portfolio will be monitored and improved. Account Manager's will also lead weekly meetings with larger institutional clients. In addition a key daily task of an Account Manager is that of interacting with investors and their tenants. The ideal applicant is an individual who is an effective verbal and written communicator and who is able to help to deescalate various situations that may arise between tenants and owners.
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000.00 (with a bonus structure starting as early as 30 days after your start date!)
