Our new Account Managers will have the opportunity to learn our business, and to grow their respective Sales Territories using Hillyards key resources and industry leading differentiators. All new Account Managers will progress through an extensive training program that will help them to understand the unique aspects of our business, while learning best in class selling methods and strategies that make our Account Managers the most successful in our Industry. Account Managers set their own schedules and they have the potential of earning six-figure incomes. We need an aggressive, but friendly sales-focused individual who has either prior distribution sales experience or sales experience in a business to business sales environment. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys meeting and working with people, and someone who understands and realizes the value of developing engaged customer relationships. In addition, this person should be self motivated, highly organized, have an affinity towards technology, and a strong desire for being the best they can be. Moreover, this person should be willing to perform field support when conducting customer related installations, equipment demonstrations, and provide assistance as directed by the branch management team.

Job Requirements

  • Prior outside business-to-business sales experience or a degree in a similar discipline

  • Ability to establish lasting relationships with customers

  • Strong communication, time management & organizational skills

  • Highly motivated excellent work ethic

  • Basic computer experience - Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook

  • A strong desire to be part of a winning team

  • College degree preferred

  • Dependable transportation.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based upon customer needs

  • Able to pass a background check, drug screen and post-offer employment physical.

Physical Demands:

The Sales Representatives physical job demands include maximum occasional lift of 51 lbs from floor to self-selected height; maximum occasional carry of 51 lbs for 250 ft; maximum occasional horizontal push/pull force of 50 lbs for 250 ft; maximum occasional vertical push/pull force of 60 lbs; frequent forward reach of 30 inches; frequent lateral reach of 24 inches; occasional reach overhead of 75 inches; frequent bend; occasional crouch and kneel; occasional neck flexion; occasional neck rotation; occasional trunk rotation; occasional foot coordination; frequent hand coordination; occasional fine motor coordination; occasional balance; frequent sitting; frequent standing; and frequent walking. PDC Level: HEAVY. Additional Information: Physical demands of Sales Representatives may change daily depending on delivery of product to customers, product demonstration, and type of vehicle driven. The Sales Representative may be exposed to vibrations with using power drill.

Account Manager (1804500) – Colorado Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to maintain and grow profitable sales growth in a $10M-$15M sales territory within Global Oilfield Solutions. The position will be based in Denver with a territory covering territory that encompasses Colorado, Wyoming, Montana & NA Dakota. The customer base consists of Service Companies providing solutions in the applications of Drilling Fluids, Cementing, Stimulation, and Oilfield Production Chemicals, as well as Formulators and Resellers servicing the same market.
