Account Manager

The Account Manager will work directly with existing accounts to ensure customer needs are met including the entry of service requests, updates, quotes, and approvals. This position is responsible to verify client records and pricing are accurate, while addressing client concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Idea candidate will have experience in managing national business accounts in commercial plumbing or related industries.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:

• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls and email.

• Review and negotiate price quotes with plumbing contractors

• Placing and following up on emergency service calls

• Answer customer questions and provide proactive updates on accounts.

• Update portals.

• Problem-solve any issues.

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel.

• Strong customer service experience.

• 2-3 years of applicable work experience.

• High school diploma.

• Previous Plumbing experience a plus.

• National Account experience a plus

Helios Service Partners compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position starts at $60,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios's compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
