As an Account Manager at BlueVine, you will be at the front lines of helping small businesses access the cash they need, when they need it. We are looking to build a world-class team to connect small businesses with the working capital they need to maintain or grow their operations. You will thrive in this role if you have the grit of a top sales person and a knack for providing excellent client experience while being extremely agile and open to ambiguity. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Be the voice of BlueVine!

  • Field inbound inquiries from clients and quickly build rapport

  • Guild clients through their BlueVine partnership and ensure they have a 5 star experience

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships via excellent client service

Deliver consistent and timely responses, follow-through, and follow-up in response to client requests and issues

Maintain a client roadmap for credit increases and other service enhancements

Help clients with basic product related questions and troubleshooting scenarios

Serve as the liaison between clients and our underwriting team

Follow up with clients to gather additional information or ask clarifying questions

Perform invoice verifications and/or debtor notifications

Be a client advocate when called upon, providing underwriting with additional data points, or tipping them off to suspicious client behavior

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 1-3 years of sales experience

  • Dependable, positive and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills

  • Strong decision-making, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in unfamiliar situations

BlueVine is searching for an Account Coordinator to join our Flex team in Jersey City. As an Account Coordinator you will have a strong interest in furthering client interaction and providing overall administrative support to your team.
