The primary job responsibility will be the management of ABM custodians at a local school district. Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations, audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee performance appraisals, troubleshooting/problem solving, orientation, training of custodians and support personnel, customer relations, and special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost-effective manner.

Essential Functions

Control expenses within area of responsibility.

Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting and training employees; maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment; develop personal growth opportunities.

Establish and maintain effective lines of communications with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements are being met per the contract.

Maintain an environment that is sanitary, attractive, and in orderly condition.

Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.

Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyze and resolve quality and customer service problems; identify trends; recommend improvements.

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or GED. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer/client contact.

Strong service/quality attitude and excellent communications skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.

Sense of urgency ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Clean MVR (motor vehicle record.)

The Client Services/Support Manager will train daily directly under the VP of Client Services. Following a lengthy training process under our most complex clients, the Client Service Manager will then be responsible for the overall management, servicing and profitability of assigned client accounts and is responsible for organizing, managing, coordinating, controlling and communicating activities of the account to invested parties. The Client Services Manager functions as account manager and as liaison between the client and the company. Responsibilities: * Perform support functions on various clients including building spreadsheets, running reports, taking notes during client conference calls and turning the notes into action items. * Following training, serve as the primary point of contact for a set of clients and promptly respond to all client inquiries. * Liaise with the operations team as necessary to address client needs and monitor client transaction processing. * Liaise with the Practice Management team to coordinate the overall service to the client. * Constantly monitors and analyzes assigned client accounts in order to assure accurate and successful processing. * Identifies potential problems with client accounts before they occur and works to eliminate future occurrences. Works to correct problems that do occur and to prevent them from recurring in the future. * Develops collaborative relationships across multiple departments and with external clients in order to accomplish client account goals. * Develop and maintain knowledge of client credentialing and fee schedules. * Coordinate and perform visits to current client locations to assess the needs of the client account and works collaboratively with the management team in acquiring new accounts, including such things as site audits and visits. * Review and provide client month end reports. * Generate client ad-hoc reports upon request. * Work with clients during their budget setting process to ensure aggressive and realistic targets are being set. * Create client collection forecast models. * Create and deliver client performance presentations. * Assist with establishing client hospital connections for the receipt of patient insurance and demographic information. * Assist with the marketing of the company's service lines. * Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: * Bachelor degree preferred but not required. * 3+ years of healthcare experience * Financial, accounting, or accounts receivable experience. * Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Puts in the extra effort to meet deadlines. * Flexible to handle unexpected daily challenges. * Very strong written and verbal communication skills. * Advanced knowledge of Excel Desired Qualifications: * Salesforce experience a plus. * Medical billing experience is preferred.
