To support this new global growth strategy, Harley-Davidson has an exciting opportunity for at least two new Account Managers to join our growing in-house Creative Services Agency.

The Account Manager position is strategic in focus and is the primary interface between the internal client and the project team. Success in this role will be achieved by building trusting and dependable relationships that lead to innovative solutions for projects large and small. You will work with Creative Directors, Operation Managers, Executive Producers, Traffic Coordinators and other resources to develop plans that ensure the project aligns with goals of the business, remains within the projected budget and is delivered within the stated timeline.

You will be expected to develop applicable expertise on the Harley-Davidson brand, products and services as well as an understanding of the motorcycle industry and its consumers.

A few key areas of focus include:

  • Build relationships that lead to a complete understanding of the client's needs and objectives

  • Approach each project as a unique challenge; be thoughtful and strategic when developing the plan to achieve success

  • Be diligent in the creative process: Author briefs, project scope and budget documentation; present them to the Creative Services team as the voice of the client

  • Enthusiastically lead the team through all aspects of the project from inception through completion; keep everyone excited and informed

  • Communicate effectively and regularly with leadership, the client and all team members involved with each project

  • Contribute ideas that lead to successes outside of your day-to-day responsibilities

Education Required

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Required

This role typically requires at least eight (8) years of related experience in advertising, marketing or communications agency to be considered.
