Crayon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to help customers succeed with their competitive intelligence program and drive renewals and expansion within our customer base. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall customer value. This role will report to the VP of Customer Success.
