Your Impact:
Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and selling of SolarWinds products to existing customers focusing on existing customers with the ability to convert to Hybrid Cloud Observability, SolarWinds Observability, and more.
Engage directly with IT decision makers from a variety of enterprises and locations.
Use a consultative approach to make warm calls (outbound motion) and manage warm, inbound leads for Hybrid Cloud Observability, SolarWinds Observability, and other Conversions (inbound motion).
Support a team of Renewals Reps, in an effort to maximize HCO and other Conversion sales in proximity to renewal lapse.
Partner with sales engineering to conduct technical and non-technical online Observability product demonstrations.
Strategically identify renewal, new business, channel partnership, and local market opportunities.
Provide superior customer service when assisting potential customers during their evaluation process. Create quotes, coordinate with channel partners, and close sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity and pipeline reports within -Salesforce and NetSuite.
Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota.
