Impact: This role is critical for the execution and success of our highest-priority orders.
You will work directly with corporate catering clients, supporting their order needs to achieve our quarterly Gross Order Volume (GOV) goals. Key Responsibilities: Concierge Order Experience (Estimated 25 orders per week per person) Coordinate orders with clients.
Build catering orders for external approval. Place orders and support adjustments as needed. Merchant Order Management and Rapid Acquisition (Estimated 15 orders per week per person) Coordinate with merchants for orders that fall outside the scope of our existing product.
Collaborate with merchants to ensure orders meet client needs (e.g., sufficient food quantities). Enable catering orders from merchants not yet onboarded into our Large Order (LO) program. Delivery Support (Estimated 5 orders per week per person) Serve as a client-facing representative, accompanying Dashers on high-stakes orders to ensure a smooth experience. Provide support beyond Dashers’ responsibilities, such as purchasing last-minute utensils.
Support training and onboarding of new Dashers into the catering program. Core Job Requirements: Previous client-facing experience (e.g., restaurant, catering, or account management experience preferred). Proven ability to solve problems on the fly and achieve desired outcomes.
Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a bias towards action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design (e.g., order setup and menu presentation).
