Title: Account Manager

Location: Cypress, CA - Hybrid (2 days in person) (Depending on experience, remote can be negotiable)
Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Working Hours: 8:30am
Overview:
A rapidly growing insurance agency is seeking a motivated individual with P&C license to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery to their valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and a passion for providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not are Limited to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
Analyze clients' insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverage options and collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal coverage and pricing.
Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and facilitating communication between clients and claims adjusters.
Identify potential risks and offer risk management advice to clients, conducting regular reviews of their insurance portfolios to ensure adequacy of coverage.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting personal lines insurance, and recommend new products to better meet client needs.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products to existing clients.
Qualifications:
Property & Casualty license required (CISR or CIC are a plus).
Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office programs.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
