STERIS has a unique opportunity for someone to help us grow our sterile processing software solution for hospitals. Our proprietary software, SPM,business is growing and we are in need of someone who can provide onsite support to our hospital Customers, manage technology solution projects, provide training, and help our Customers improve sterile processing workflows.
Maintain and grow SPM business
Lead and deliver Customer onsite work
Leader and project manager for annual software upgrades
Ensure adoption of new features and best practices
Implement sell-in new business products and services
Identify cost-management opportunities in the territory
Develop and Manage Customer Relationships
Provide training and Customer support to help Customers increase their utilization with SPM and satisfaction with the product
Proactively engage Customers and maintain regular contact
Develop specific strategies to increase number of Growth Accounts within the territory
Work with other field sales and service teams to maintain a current understanding of account dynamics and organizational change
Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associates degree with equivalent relevant experience.
4+ years experience with information technology, project management, customer service, and/or education preferred
Experience with central sterile processing preferred
Experienced individual is required to complete the Certified Central Service Vendor Partner (CCSVP) certification within the first year of employment
Experience with Microsoft Office required
Physical location that is able to access high-speed internet (preferably cable modem)
Ability to keep abreast of numerous projects and Customers simultaneously
