Position Overview

The Manager within the Checkout Team is responsible for managing all aspects of client support, from on boarding, to providing training on the data and deliverables, to uncovering new uses and growing Checkout adoption and business at Walmart and Sam's Club. You will develop and present ad hoc reports as well as engage clients in ongoing subscriptions. You will support key Walmart and Sam's Club stakeholders on an ongoing basis, incorporating all available information into insightful presentations and making analytical recommendations.

This position will be based in Bentonville, AR.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Provide on time and accurate data reports using Tableau and other related analytic software as directed.

  • Ensure overall client satisfaction by proactively relating the category and consumer insights and industry trends to business opportunities.

  • Provide assistance in day-to-day servicing support across receipt harvesting clients.

  • Develop best practices for analyzing and presenting data insights and share these across the Checkout organization.

  • Leverage learnings from clients to help inform data product development.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to execute client projects.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years' experience in market research or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights from consumer data sources.

  • Understanding of how panel data can be used to identify business building opportunities for clients.

  • Ability to generate/support creative ideas and effectively sell those ideas.

  • Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audiences.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Highly proficient in all MS Office products (strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word.)

  • Detail oriented .

  • Previous experience in a Retail environment is a plus.

  • Experience with national consumer panel data preferred

  • BA/BS or equivalent. Market research, economics, statistics or marketing background preferred.

  • Travel typically 10-20%.

The ideal candidate must be able to conduct engaging and impactful presentations that deliver value to the client while telling a compelling story in a concise and polished manner to a diverse audience. Most importantly, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to listen to the customer and appropriately match the customer's needs with NPD's products and services, or be willing to direct the customer to the best solution.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable and effective when talking with a broad range of decision influencers and decision makers within an organization. The candidate will be able to effectively understand and build relationships throughout the customer's organization.

The Service Account Manager (internally known as National Account Manager) will report to the VP of Service Support and be responsible for the strategic oversight of service for the assigned account/s and overall customer satisfaction with service. This individual will develop and implement consistent account management processes across all accounts. This includes equipment performance and profitability, service level attainment, reporting, customer and executive communication and meeting structure. This will entail detailed analysis and creation and implementation of programs to achieve the desired results. External US Responsibilities: * Develops and maintains long-term strategic partnerships with key account leadership. * Develop and implement consistent account management processes across assigned account/s. * Direct Supervision of Special Account Representatives (SAR. * Works directly with National Sales & Service Management, Marketing, Product and direct reports on prioritizing service activity and projects for National Accounts. * Oversees Special Projects, Coordination and Execution. * Attend meetings and conference calls as appropriate to support customer activity. * Works with SAR to analyze report data and provide recommendations for operational improvements to Fujifilm, Account Management team and Customer. * Works closely with Fujifilm service providers and vendors to ensure high quality service delivery to key accounts. * Monitor and report on contract billing and profitability to Fujifilm management. * Drives improved communications processes between Service, Sales and Accounts to ensure greater visibility to account activity. * Creates processes/programs to proactively ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and equipment availability. * Work with Director of Operations on new contracts and contract renewal. * Communicate all services capabilities to account leadership and work with Service Sales team to pursue new business opportunities. * Plan and conduct meetings with team to ensure compliance with corporate policies and implementation of new processes/policies. * Investigate chargebacks and invoice disputes and work with Customer Care and Customer on resolution * Monitor and address calls in the audit queue. * Equipment tracking, forecasting and disposition. * Travel to store locations with and without Customer to evaluate equipment and store operations.
