We are seeking an Account Manager in our Energy division to manage a portfolio of small to midsize customers in order to drive product adoption and ensure customer retention.
Follow up on customer requests for additional software, services, and hardware purchases. Provide quote and/or proposal where appropriate.
Proactive data mining of customer info to look for trends and sales opportunities
Support customer success manager by preparing data for customer visits
Writing and executing proposals
Conduct license audits
Maintain existing customer sales pipeline in CRM
Maintain/ update customer information in CRM - Products owned, sync contacts between Zendesk & CRM, etc.
Follow up on overdue Care Plan & Invoices
Conduct NPS surveys
Prepare customer Welcome Wagon
Enterprise sales administrative support
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute on existing customer marketing campaigns.
Accountability for existing customer sales goals
Work collaboratively with other members of the Energy Team to achieve revenue and service goals
Ability to thoroughly understand software product licensing for Cargas Energy.
Proficient in software tools and systems (CRM, GoogleDocs, Microsoft Apps, etc.)
Passionate about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude; experience at a technology company or relevant consultancy ideal
Love for teamwork and committed to building a world-class customer experience
Read, write, understand and speak English fluently
Experience in B2B software sales a plus.
Knowledge of B2B software sales process a plus.
