Located in Port Jervis, NY, this Account Manager role will be the main customer contact and must manage customer demands with production capabilities. While working with Sales, QA, R&D and Operations, this role will maintain steady communication with the customers and resolving any customer issues.
What you will be doing?
As the primary customer contract, this role will coordinate with Sales, QA, R&D and Operations, on customer new product requests.
Will create and manage timeline for new development and launches.
Process new orders and coordinate with production on timelines.
Maintain steady customer communication and resolve any customer issues.
Manage data and provide reports to customers as well as internal teams.
What you need for this position?
3+ years experience as account manager / inside sales within manufacturing industries.
BS degree in business or technology preferred (5 years of relevant experience will be considered).
Advanced MS Office skills including working with V-lookups and pivot tables.
Experience working with various departments to resolve customer issues.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization skills, ability to multitask and exception follow through skills.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
