Focus on Seller success by implementing, tracking, and analyzing Seller performance metrics to make recommendations and identify areas of opportunity based on data analytics
Focus on Seller recruitment by identifying, qualifying, and cultivating Seller commitment to the Global Selling program
Drive internal partners in making change, identifying and removing roadblocks, and increasing the performance of US Sellers in Emerging Marketplace
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that support business needs
