Quantum Global Technologies LLC, (QGT), is seeking an Account Manager for the Boise, Idaho USA accounts and other central/west coast accounts, responsible for the sales and account management. The job responsibilities include direct selling, problem resolution, forecasting, tracking and reporting of new sales opportunities and closing orders for new business. Frequent meetings/calls are required with customers to review opportunities, qualifications, priorities, forecasts and issue resolution. This position reports to the VP of IDM Sales, but has extensive cross organizational interface with Engineering, Operations, R&D, Marketing and Customer Solutions.
Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:

  • Pursues and closes on new business opportunities, including the orchestration of product qualifications, logistics of qualification parts and negotiating on final pricing.
  • Utilizes QGTs opportunity tracking system to accurately display status of new revenue opportunities.
  • Displays Customer Mastery of key accounts via our SharePoint centralized data storage system, Lucy opportunity tracker, monthly key account reviews and semi-annual account plans.
  • Engages personally/daily with key accounts a variety of projects and escalations.
  • Works closely the Marketing, Engineering and R&D groups for Technology Roadmap Exchanges and the subsequent tracking and follow up on actions/opportunities from these TRMs.
  • Works closely with QGT Finance on customer billing and accounts receivables.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree and minimum of seven years experience in commercial/sales roles.
  • Demonstrative, dynamic and positive leader, able to work in a technical environment whether its the technician level or the fab manager.
  • Attention to detail with the technical skills to interpret detailed customer specifications.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully prioritize projects.
Preferred Experience:
  • Semiconductor industry experience.

Travel Requirement:
  • This position is desired to be located in the Boise, Idaho area but some flexibility exists.

The team consists of 300 athletes, staffs 9 coaches, and operates in three facilities across the Treasure Valley. The Boise Y completes within both YMCA and USA Swimming organizations, developing athletes that participate at all levels including practice-only swimmers, local and regional competitors, and YMCA National, USA Swimming Junior and Senior National, and Olympic Trial qualifiers.<br />  <br /> The<strong> Head Site and Age-Group Coach </strong>is responsible for coaching and managing the West Y Branch of the Boise Y Swim Team and as well as supporting the Boise Y Swim Team Head Coach with administrative duties and coaching senior and national groups. This position will oversee safety, volunteer and staff development, team member development, seasonal planning, daily workouts, and goal setting.<br /> <br /> <b>Starting Wage Range:</b><br /> $26,956 - $33,696<br /> <br /> <strong>Anticipated Start Date:</strong><br /> November 15, 2018<br /> <br /> <b>Key Qualifications:</b><br /> Three years’  competitive swim coaching experience; ASCA level 3-4 or equivalent; current USA Swim and YMCA Coaching certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days; ability to meet YMCA transportation guidelines; ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including regular overnight travel; ability to effectively communicate with participants and volunteers. Excellent human relation skills and an ability to maintain positive communication with staff and members; ability to address and make solid decisions in emergency situations; excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone etiquette and computer use; prior experience of successful supervision of staff and volunteers preferred<br />  <br /> Must be able to stand at walk while maintaining alertness; must be able to hear and recognize noises and distress signals<em>; </em>must be able toe frequently bend, lean, and kneel; must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; must be able to work in loud, humid environments.<br /> <br /> <b>Working at the Y:</b><br /> This is a full time position.
