Client Engagement Manager Department Growth Path: Enterprise Account Manager Job Summary The Account Manager is expected to prepare, execute, and track recurring reports according to strict guidelines and time constraints. The Account Coordinator is expected to run client facing and internal status meetings.
This position is both customer-facing and internal. The Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service, and assuring outstanding results for clients. Essential Functions Assist with the creation and management of projects to support ongoing client activities Track the completion of scheduled report documentation by the Account Management department Support all other Atomic Data teams in the resolution of client issues Run and prepare monthly requested client reports Work to establish a positive working relationship with management team of clients Conduct reoccurring scheduled meetings with clients Anticipate future needs of the organization and pursue related learning Responsible for creating and managing client annual budgets Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience (preferred) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to influence others Highly organized, with strong self-management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate proficiently.
