Overview

Atlantic Health is seeing an Account Manager entry level sales position is part of the Account Management team and is responsible for the management and growth of new Corporate Health client accounts.

This position is mainly sales outreach to new corporation and government entity leads, marketing the services and products provided by ACH. The outreach includes, but is not limited to, cold calls, emails, business directories, constant contact marketing blasts, and data.com services; to locate potential new corporate client leads to then transfer to existing AM's within ACH to meet with new client.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Sell ACH employer-based products and services:

  • Responsible for the knowledge and understanding of all of ACH employer-based products including: service lines, program overviews, pricing etc.

  • Responsible for the knowledge and understanding of Atlantic Health System (AHS) products and services

  • Negotiate with corporate client contact/decision maker for purchasing ACH's services

  • Provide promotion efforts for each service

  • Provide and support marketing efforts for each service as part of ACH team

  • Create and send email blasts through Constant Contact as determined by ACH

  • Cultivate new corporate client leads including:

  • Cold calls

  • Researching potential corporate clients based on department sales strategies including service area of AHS and employee population

  • Update Constant Contact monthly with new sales leads

  • Foster client relationships:

  • Communicate with corporate client contact/decision maker to discuss client employer-based health and wellness needs

  • Coordinate meeting with new corporate client contact and existing corporate health account manager who is assigned the new client

  • Attend Chamber of Commerce events and other like networking events to:

  • Network to corporate client leads

  • Promote ACH services

  • Monitor and report client and sales activity in/during:

  • SalesForce CRM

  • Regular staff meetings

Qualifications

Education, Experience and Special Requirements

Education: Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree

Experience: Prefer 1 years' sales, account management or related experience

Special Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work in a team environment

This controller team provides accounting control review of the global procurement, manufacturing, warranty and cost of sales accounting activities for Avaya. Key areas of responsibility for this role includes: 1) Product Inventory and E&O. Ensure provisioning / manufacturing inventory is properly reflected on the balance sheet with the appropriate Reduction to Fair Market Value (RFMV) / (Lower of Cost or market). Review inventory accounting team postings and account reconciliations. Drive cross-functional efforts to minimize exposure by working with the business units to document action plans, then subsequently review status on a monthly basis to add "constructive tension" to ensure progress to closure. Track quarter to quarter changes / drivers and develop a predictive model to highlight areas of risk before quarterly process is undertaken by looking at inventory values, including potential risks with Vendor Managed Inventory. Complete monthly book close by WorkDay4. 2) Services Inventory E&O. Ensure the maintenance / warranty / services inventory is properly reflected on the balance sheet with the appropriate Reduction to Fair Market Value (RFMV) / (Lower of cost or market). Review inventory accounting team postings and account reconciliations. Drive process improvements, train the global accounting teams to provide better visibility and consistency in the process. Measure of success –complete the monthly book close by WorkDay4. 3) Sox control and audit support for inventory accounting Work with internal and external auditors in the review of accounting processes, development of SOX procedures and controls. This individual will ensure the controls are performed and reviewed timely. Measure of success – sox controls performed timely and operating as designed and no out of period adjustments recorded. Requirements BS degree in finance or accounting, MBA and or CPA preferred. Minimum 5-8 years experience in operational / supply chain financial analytics and accounting. Finance business partner experience – working collaboratively with operations to drive and influence what the results will be. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to collaboratively lead cross-functional teams Strong interpersonal skills with an effective ability to influence others and establish and maintain cross functional relationships.
