Position Description

As a Account Manager in the Oklahoma City area you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Exceed quota expectations as established by management

  • Manage the full breadth of products in your Territory

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts in assigned accounts

  • Provide the highest levels of support and service to your accounts

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • 3+ years of medical/surgical device sales experience

  • Experience calling on surgeons, OR directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators, and materials management administrators

  • Professional sales experience with formal sales training

  • Proven goal oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated performance record with clear documentation of success

  • Strong relationships and understanding of the market

  • Must live in the geographical location of the position or be willing to relocate

  • Ability to travel to Southern California for a 3-week training class

  • 4 year degree

Position Description As a Quality Engineering Manager you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities: * Coordinate, liaise and participate with Engineering and internal teams to meet Design Control and Production and Process Control project requirements * Act as the Quality System representative in Design Control meetings * Review, monitor, and approve documentation, as assigned, to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and guidance documents * Mentor and guide team members in quality data trending and analysis; evaluate and present report of analysis * Demonstrate effective leadership skills and work within a team environment, strive to meet or exceed customer expectations, and commit to continuous improvements in quality * Manage and participate in projects to maintain and improve the Quality System * Participate in and/or facilitate internal and external audits * Train and mentor new team members as well as complete performance reviews * Contribute to the growth of team members by selecting, organizing and developing training opportunities Position Requirements This position requires the following skills and attributes: * Bachelors degree in engineering, physical or biological sciences, other technical discipline, or equivalent * Minimum of 3 years' experience performing and evaluating process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) , test method validation, etc. * 2-5 years supervising/mentoring team members * Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, mentor and strengthen teams and projects * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Analytical, meticulous and detail oriented * Effective oral and written communication/presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize * Ability to interpret existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents including potential impact on regulatory and quality functions * Strong technical writing skills * Ability to provide technical input related to regulatory and/or quality systems to project teams * Ability to analyze, using statistical techniques when applicable, and present data regarding products, projects, and the Quality Management System * Training in Quality Systems including QSR/GMPs, and relevant ISO Standards Preferred This following skills and attributes are preferred: * CQE preferable Benefits * Training and mentorship with ongoing learning and development courses * On-campus wellness activities * Comprehensive medical and dental coverage * Education reimbursement program * 401(k) program with employer match * Generous vacation accrual and paid holiday schedule Applied Medical Distribution Corporation Rancho Santa Margarita CA
