We are seeking an Account Manager for our offices in Greensboro, NC. This position is responsible for strategically maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients that utilize our call center services. This position will be the primary day-to-day sales and growth contact point for these clients. The Account Manager will be accountable for leveraging opportunities to increase account volume and maximize growth potential in a way that is mutually beneficial to us and our clients, and will be attentive to customer needs and be able to obtain timely and specific support for them.
Oversee assigned customer accounts and support customers in their business needs as related to our services
Maximize client performance to help strategically grow the relationship by communicating with them regularly
Take responsibility for the relationship and how to growth through expanding lead volume and increasing conversion
Analyze reports, recommend and implement changes to the relationship based on results. Send weekly and monthly reports to client and internal contacts as needed
Interact with IT and Call Center teams to be internal advocate for our clients
Manage client performance such as timely payment of invoice
