Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base. If you have at least three years of direct sales experience in MRO, hospitality, multi-family housing, or renovations, we want to hear from you Job Duties and Responsibilities: Contacting current customers and identifying new services.

Opening new accounts and closing orders. Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products. Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.

Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable. Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships. Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.

Working closely with others to ensure customer needs are met. Other duties as required. Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional customer service skills required. Ability to develop long-term relationships and generate referrals from your customers. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.

Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail. Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time. Strong networking skills.

Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team. Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Familiar with Service Titan.

Qualifications and Skills 5 years of outside sales experience. 3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Buildings Superintendents, Facility Engineers. Strong attention to details and follow-up calls. Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.

Travel Requirements Travel will be required within the Orange County area. Monthly auto allowance and fuel card provided. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 commission (Unlimited – No Cap on Commission).
