Account Manager

Job Description: The Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers and generating revenue through growth with existing customers by identifying the customers' needs and matching that with ACS's service and products.

Role and Responsibilities: Prepare and create all sales material to present to customers. Complete necessary paperwork on time.

• Add 7 New Account per month.

• Make 10 to 15 customer calls per day.

• Daily, complete sales call report and turn in.

• Weekly, attend the sales meetings.

• Monthly, prepare sales budget reviews.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.

• Previous experience in outside sales and account management.

• Ability to build rapport with clients.

• Two years minimum experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

• Proven experience in customer service and customer relations.

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Strong phone communication skills and necessary computer skills, including fluent in the use of the Microsoft Office

• Bilingual is a plus but not required.

• Effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.

• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and solve problems, including engines, electrical systems, and generators. These failures will include mechanical and electrical issues.

• Ability to work with customers to determine what issues they have and what ACS can do to correct any problems.

• Must be self-directed, professional, clean work appearance, organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of industrial equipment and service to present to new and existing customers.

• Excellent customer service.

• Ability to work with customers and leave them with a positive ACS image at the end of the transaction.

• Must have a positive attitude toward their job and the customers we serve.

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete complicated processes to correct issues.

• Remain current on product and industry changes through reading and training.
