Compensation: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $60,000 - $65,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. Are you the Account Manager we're looking for?
Our Account Managers have a client-first perspective and can quickly build trusting relationships with others. Experienced in multifamily or student housing operations, they know how to communicate effectively with clients in our industry and meet client expectations, goals, and results. Utilizing a variety of resources from Project Managers to Subject Matter Experts, our Account Managers have all the ingredients to implement successful marketing results for our clients.
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong digital marketing background, superior presentation and communication skills, and has a vast understanding of digital marketing channels.
This position is responsible for:
Building collaborative relationships with clients
Accountable for client success metrics including growth, retention, and satisfaction of their client portfolio
Working closely with their Subject Matter Expert team to ensure successful onboarding, launch, and ongoing maintenance of digital marketing programs
Regularly meeting with their clients to maintain their strategy and ensure client satisfaction and success
Managing client expectations and timelines through clear communication by aligning customer needs with our standards and benchmarks
Collaborating with internal teams to drive ROI, communicate best practices, and ensure overall client success
Be the primary point of contact for your client team, lead internal and external client meetings and follow all processes to ensure effective communication internally and on time and on budget campaign delivery externally
Understanding the property management industry and how our programs tie into serving onsite management teams with high quality leads
We're looking for someone who has:
A vast knowledge of the multifamily and student housing industry.
A proven understanding of our core product line as seen on our website as well as in-depth experience managing digital programs
An outstanding work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. You are disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
A customer service mindset to creatively and effectively manage products from concept to deliverable and the ability to upsell our products and services
The ability to be collaborative, adaptive, and flexible, functioning effectively in a fast paced environment
Positive approach to problem solving while balancing multiple projects
How to run effective client meetings and navigate upselling opportunities
Qualifications we're looking for
An understanding of digital marketing including but not limited to Google Ads, SEO, and social media advertising, and how all program work together
Proven experience interpreting, analyzing and communicating monthly performance reports and results to clients based on their digital marketing programs
Excellent analytical, critial-thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in an agency environment with rapidly changing priorities
