In addition to Hartford, CT, this position may be located in New York City, Blue Bell, PA and Norwalk, CT.

POSITION SUMMARY

Cultivates strong relationships with the Field Account Executive/ Account Managers, brokers and Plan Sponsors. Provides superior knowledge and support across digital wellbeing and incentive solutions services to allow the retention and growth of existing customers and effectively impact new Aetna sales growth. Serves as liaison and initial point of contact to Field Account Executive/ Account Managers for digital wellbeing and incentive program operational support.

Fundamental Components:

  • Regional responsibility in supporting Field Account Executive/ Account Managers to retain profitable customers and help grow the business through increased participation and engagement, issue resolution and superior service.

  • Provide sales support consultation with account teams and customers in describing how digital wellbeing programs work; capturing and relaying voice of the customer as appropriate back to Product teams.

  • Direct/guide and help develop creative solutions within PADU/ Program Features Guide guidelines to accommodate plan sponsor needs.

  • Recommends appropriate solutions for retention issues.

  • Facilitates cross-functional solutions to service issues and works collaboratively cross-functionally.

  • Manages plan administration activities related to digital wellbeing and incentive solutions, including installation and program set-up by working proactively with support areas.

  • Builds effective working relationships across all functions and within assigned territory, i.e., health sales and service colleagues.

  • Participates in plan sponsor/consultant capabilities meetings and/or finalist presentations with National and Regional Field Account Executive/Account Manager as needed

  • Participates in Plan Sponsor/broker meetings as necessary

  • Provides product and service updates to Plan Sponsors, brokers and/or Field Account Executive/Account Managers for existing business.

  • Assists with cross sell opportunities, as needed.

  • Helps Sales Rep develop and deliver strategic plans relative to retention goals.

  • Manage mailbox support for related programs, maintaining response SLA

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 3-5 years client service or account management experience

  • Past experience in care management or population health

  • Collaborative mindset

  • Creative, strategic thinker able to move quickly and handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to cultivate critical relationships (field sales/service, broker/consultant community/customer teams, local market and operations)

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient with MS Office

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
