With personnel in London, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Detroit and Chicago , Adludio is defining the next generation of mobile brand solutions in North America and EMEA.

Key Areas of Ownership

Build effective relationships with both brand direct and agency partners

Deliver outstanding levels of service, keeping clients informed & always adding value

Be able to articulate Adludios USPs in detail

Assess potential business deals through RFP response and gain commitment

Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales

Partner with the Ad Ops team to service, maintain and grow current clients

Lead relationships with key programmatic demand partners (including advertiser and agency trade desks) to drive managed service campaigns

Apply a disciplined, scalable approach to sales that includes setting and tracking measurable targets, process definition and execution, and clear exit criteria

Refine (in collaboration with design) collateral being used by the sales team

Help develop a supportive, transparent and collaborative team culture


To Succeed in this Role, you will Need

2 years of experience in digital media on either agency or sales side

Digital media / Campaign Management experience a must

Understanding of the digital ecosystem

Existing relationships with brands and agencies at all levels

Individual contributor, leveraging your existing relationships and building new ones across the US with a hunger to grow into a managerial role

Strategic thinker, with the ability to translate marketer needs into compelling concepts and solutions.

Comfortable and proficient with the entire sales cycle from prospecting, face-to-face meetings, pitching and contract negotiations

Comfortable with entertaining clients and a high weekly meeting volume

Ability to collaborate with all departments including campaign management, account management, finance, data science, and HR

Outstanding verbal, written and stand-up presentation skills

Since 2018, we thrive on our passion to be ranked a Best Places to Work by our most important asset, our employees.<br></p><p>Responsible for all aspects of servicing of larger, more complex fine art accounts of both a commercial and private nature as well as the health of the client relationship on all of their assigned accounts and service new business as it comes in and to create new business opportunities through cross selling existing clients and attending fine art and insurance industry related functions. </p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Client Servicing: responsible for assigned book of business as assigned as outlined in Fine Art Account Manager Service Standards- renewals, endorsements, invoicing, Schedules and Certificates, loan agreements and aged receivables</li><li>Provide prompt and courteous service by responding to client inquires with 24 hours of receipt</li><li>Execute coverage analysis on all policies. Enlist assistance of Commercial Department where applicable; notify client of coverage gaps; provide client with quotation for additional coverages; document our proposal and client’s acceptance/declination in agency management system</li><li>Cross-Sell other lines of coverage: introduce applicable department to assist with this process as necessary</li><li>Liaise with Claims Department providing assistance with difficult claims with respect to industry practice, policy language, recommendation of adjuster, appraiser, etc.</li><li>Remarket existing accounts as client requests or market environment warrants</li><li>Marketing: actively network at trade / industry functions as directed / requested, which include gallery openings trade luncheons, and conventions/fairs and public speaking events</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5-10 years of commercial brokerage experience, Fine Art experience a plus but interest in the fine art world is recommended</li><li>College degree preferred</li><li>Valid NY P&C Brokers’ license</li><li>Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred</li></ul> Risk Strategies Company New York NY
