Account Management
At GBG Americas, our Account Management team is the backbone of our client success. The Role
As part of the Americas GTM team, the Account Management role will develop strong meaningful relationships with our clients to maintain our existing revenue and work to identify new business opportunities to help drive growth and expansion of key customer accounts. This role will collaborate with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure our solutions are viable and optimized for each client’s specific technical requirements. Together, you’ll forge pathways for growth, championing our brand and ensuring a seamless client experience.
What you will do
This role will serve as the main point of contact for non-technical client inquiries, concerns and requests. Remaining in constant contact with key customers you will have a strong understanding of the clients needs, which will allow you to collaborate internally to align strategies and meet our customers needs. Through compelling presentations, you’ll showcase how our offerings align with their needs, ensuring we remain their top choice in the industry. Fostering long-term relationships, ensuring our solutions consistently meet and adapt to our client's evolving needs.
This position requires effective collaboration with other teams, particularly during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the Technical Account Management (TAM) team. Reporting to the Director of Account Management and closely aligned with our enterprise and partnership sales teams, you’re expertise in nurturing client relationships, expanding our client base, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service will be crucial for advancing GBG Americas in the industry.
