By serving as the primary escalation point and communication bridge between clients and internal teams, you will resolve issues swiftly and efficiently, enhancing overall client experience. Your expertise in identifying and addressing client needs will drive successful cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, contributing to business growth and increased revenue. Your meticulous attention to meeting schedules and budgets, coupled with your strategic planning for future projects, will ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled, and new opportunities are cultivated. By collaborating with project management, product development, and R&D, you will ensure alignment with client objectives and market needs, while your adept proposal development and negotiation skills will secure favorable terms and strengthen client partnerships. Your ability to maintain robust relationships with key client contacts and provide detailed forecasting will further support strategic decision-making and drive sustained success.

By overseeing daily client interactions and ensuring exceptional service delivery, you will foster strong, positive relationships that drive 100% client retention and enhance client reference-ability. Your dedication to addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly will solidify long-term partnerships and support our sales efforts. Your ability to quantify and qualify client needs, along with identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, will contribute to expanding business and closing new deals. By developing and executing strategic plans to sell products and services, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and supporting market expansion.

Your communication skills are exceptional, and you are comfortable acting as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively navigating escalations, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams. You have a knack for developing persuasive proposals and presentations and are skilled at negotiating deal terms that align with both client needs and company goals.
