Account Management Coordinator

Commonwealth Rolled Products is a leading manufacturer of Aluminum rolled products for the Automotive, Commercial, and Industrial markets. The Company operates its production facility in Lewisport, KY with the support of an Automotive Innovation Center for R&D, Sales and Field Service in Madison Heights (DET), and Account Management in the Cleveland, OH area.

Our Account Management team is seeking to add a talented Account Management Coordinator in Independance, OH. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Account Management team and Sales groups, improve the profitability of our business relationships by effectively implementing the day-to-day transactions, and contribute to the achievement of strategic initiatives and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in maintaining a zero-incident safety culture.

• Provide administrative support to Account Management and Sales Operations including but not limited to order entry, order checking, filing, claims processing, vacation coverage, release of inventory, depot skid attachment, daily pick ticket/certification printing/emailing, develop and distribute reports, and interface issue resolution.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the information systems used to execute and manage sales transactions (order entry system, etc.).

• Prioritize activities to provide maximum benefit to Account Management and Sales Operations department.

• Consistently and efficiently enter accurate orders relative to customers' instructions and corporate guidelines at an accuracy rate of 98.5-100%.

• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and all levels of the organization.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities associated with Account Management processes.

• Participate in established training programs as designated by supervisory staff or identified by the Account Management Representatives and Claims Analyst.

• Anticipate, meet, and/or exceed customers' needs to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Promote a strong customer service image to our customers and other departments within approved Commonwealth Rolled Products guidelines.

• Answer rollover telephone calls to satisfy caller's requests before passing to other team members.

• Demonstrate positive, professional behavior toward your work, colleagues, and management.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma. Associate degree in business or a related degree preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in a complex administrative position with high-volume activities preferred.

• Excellent order-entry skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to operate efficiently in multiple systems (~7).

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of Oracle preferred.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of aluminum and or metals industry preferred.

• Ability to instill a sense of purpose and inspire action in others.
