Account Leader
Position Summary:
Account Leader (AL) is responsible for supporting a Regional Manager (RM) in training, supporting major sales campaigns and the design, implementation, and deployment of Regional Water Management Programs. The Account Leader will assist in business development efforts to help support all existing customer operations in the region. AL will work closely with the RMs and Administrative support to ensure sales, revenue, forecasting, internal operations, and customer satisfaction goals are met. The AL will have significant experience in successfully providing reliable, accurate, and organized customer account management, facility water system designs, HACCP water management programs, sample collection and data logging, and engaging with customers knowledgeably and professionally. AL must professionally manage customer accounts, respond quickly to customer needs and issues, solve complex problems, accurately maintain online customer databases, and successfully maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and expand existing customer accounts and produce account invoices.
Assist in the production of comprehensive Water Management Programs and manage water testing requirements for clients.
Understand Phigenics Core Purpose, Core Values, and Company Strategy
Conduct existing client support calls
Present Proposals to potential and existing clients
Participate in Water Management Team meetings
Understand building water systems and infrastructure
Understand water chemistry
Equipment, budget, independent Water Management
Understand the service requirements according to contract.
Understand the differentiating factors of Phigenics services for each account
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understand building water systems, boiler systems, cooling towers / chiller systems, energy efficiency, utility engineering, and how to calculate ROIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional team members
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Self-motivated and directed. "Can do" attitude
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
Understand and use MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications
Training and Experience:
Work Environment / Travel:
Position requires traveling to client sites in a region, holding meetings, servicing equipment, and collecting water samples. Some overnight travel will be involved. Dress is normally a coat and tie or female equivalent. The wearing of PPE is sometimes required. The position often requires a great deal of walking around client sites, may include climbing stairs or ladders, and may require lifting up to 25 pounds. May provide occasional support in other regions
