ABOUT THE POSITION As an Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and implementing comprehensive marketing communications plans and key digital initiatives.

These initiatives include creative projects, web development, paid media, paid search, SEO, CRO, programmatic display, paid social media marketing, content/native marketing, and video programs. You will ensure that all work delivered by the agency exceeds client expectations and meets the highest standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Client Partnerships leadership and cross-functional internal teams to maintain strong client relationships and deliver strategically rooted programs.

Crafting omni-channel digital strategies aligned with clear and measurable KPIs is a key focus. You will also play a mentorship role, acting as a player/coach to junior account services team members to ensure client-facing work is executed with precision, timeliness, and within budget. Primary goals include ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by building trusted relationships both internally and externally.

Secondary goals involve managing project profitability, timely delivery of reporting, organic pipeline development, and leveraging new technologies and partners for innovation. Your efforts will contribute to the overall fiscal health of projects and the continued success of Client Partnerships. ACCOUNT LEAD ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and key competitive landscapes.

Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables exceed them. Collaborate with paid media and marketing teams to develop strategic frameworks for client relationships. Execute marketing strategies with internal teams, ensuring deliverables meet agency standards and client expectations.

Oversee project development, ensuring work is on-brief, on-budget, and on-time. Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue or expand the scope of work. Monitor and protect account profitability by reviewing labor utilization reports and managing scope creep.

Identify KPIs to support marketing objectives and participate in the collection and reporting of campaign results. Develop and maintain project briefs, media briefs, project plans, and measurement plans. Support senior client partnership teams by reporting on trends affecting client businesses, including economic, industry, competitive, and cultural factors.

Attend and contribute to client presentations, setting expectations and managing feedback. Build strong, lasting relationships with both senior and day-to-day clients, conducting ongoing relationship checks. Mentor junior account managers and support their career development.

Stay updated on the changing digital media landscape and work with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize efforts. Develop brand briefs, content strategy documents, target audience personas, and comprehensive connection maps as needed. Preferred Education, Experience, & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field 5 years of relevant Marketing experience Established track record of managing the delivering of marketing programs either within an agency or in-house client environment.

Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. Ability to manage deadlines in a shifting environment with competing priorities. Extreme attention to detail Strong organization skills Stellar communication skills Possesses a working knowledge of marketing principles across disciplines (messaging, media, web development, social) Track record of successfully managing the development of marketing initiatives Proven ability to organize ideas and express ideas clearly (both orally and written) Capable of presenting ideas/opinions with confidence Grasps the importance of teamwork and building rapport with others.

Able to proactively anticipate problems and provide solutions. Possesses strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Recognizes the importance of working to a high professional standard.
