Position Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Account Financial Analyst. You will be a key member of our Business Analytics team providing data analysis and reporting to our Client Relationship Management organization. This role reports to the Director, Client Financial Analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting client spend, savings, and forecast data

  • Applying approved methodology to accurately measure cost savings delivered to clients

  • Providing detailed and summary level reports to monitor and forecast account performance

  • Performing procurement data analysis (suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, cost savings)

  • Providing insights and drawing conclusions that will help guide sourcing and procurement decisions

  • Cleansing and maintaining data to ensure accuracy

  • Conversion of information into client and internal presentations

  • Managing reporting schedules

  • Working closely with our account management teams to help ensure achievement of our goals and overall client satisfaction

  • Lead a team of Analysts, fostering their learning and development

  • Drive reporting improvements and enhancements

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degreein finance, economics or accounting required

  • 7+ years of experience in financial and/or operations data analysis and reporting

  • Procurement and/or procurement analytics experience is a plus

  • Thorough understanding of data analysis and reporting including the accurate sortation of complex data by category and the generation of detailed and summary level reports

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques

  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing accordingly to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse cross-functional team

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting

Travel: This position may require occasional travel.

General Summary The Snacks Transformation Office (STO) Sr Analyst is responsible for assisting the Snacks Transformation Office develop and track key financial workstreams and methodologies. This role provides support for strategic workstreams and related initiatives through a transformation office lens and consolidates and collects data for business case support to provide data insights and knowledge. The STO Sr. Analyst manages the program tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and meeting cadence for key Snacks Transformation Office projects Principal Responsibilities * Assist with actioning STO methodologies: Enable workstreams to efficiently utilize STO methodologies and processes * Support workstreams: Provide support as needed for key strategic workstreams and related initiatives (typically 3-5 workstreams depending on scope); Work with cross-functional workstream and initiative teams, and provide knowledge and financial insight to transformation office as needed * Consolidate/collect data: for business case support across workstreams * Perform financial analysis to understand and communicate key financial metrics such as required investment and expected return * Support workstreams to establish financial baseline, forecast, & delivery schedules * Assist workstreams owners to translate high-level business cases into expected impact (and timing) on financials Process * Identify and source critical data inputs for business case development and management * Align business cases with both frunctional finance departments and the Transformation Office * Provide support to workstream and initiative teams with IT tools as needed (Internal) Customer * Support workstream leads and initiative owners throughout transformation journey, including with preparation of business cases, milestones and roadmap creation as needed * Provide business-as-usual support to functional finance areas to assist with transformation goals and process Job Complexity / Scope * Typically supports 3-5 workstreams at a time * Owns: Content specific on workstream ownership * Influences: Workstreams adherence and support of Transformation Office processes Job Specifications * Bachelor's degree required * Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience required * Business acumen: Knowledge of company strategy, transformation goals, and processes * Intellectual curiosity: High degree of intellectual curiosity and autonomy required * Analytical aptitude: Analytical capacity and ability to translate analytics/schedules into insight on business cases and roadmap development * Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate analytical insights into practical recommendations * Detail orientation: Ability to accurately quantify project benefits delivery, linkage between benefits to one time cost/investment spend, ROI, and other metrics * Collaborative by nature: Interpersonal skills and teamwork skills to collaborate with all functional and BU counterparts across the organization * Understands the company: Has had knowledge of topic in existing role, ability to leverage relationships and colleagues for information as needed Working Conditions * Office environment; noise level is usually moderate * The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
