As an outside field representative, will educate, instruct, and up sell all assigned and newly generated accounts in a predetermined geographic territory and enable the company to maximize and maintain the volume of business these accounts may produce.

  • Provides ongoing service and problem solving to customer base within geographic territory.

  • Business retention and growth of assigned account base and new accounts in a defined geography.

  • Educate, instruct, and up sell all assigned and newly generated accounts in a predetermined geographic territory.

  • Enable the company to maximize and maintain the volume of business these accounts may produce.

  • Act as a liaison between the client and LabCorp

  • Manage book of business of approximately 80 accounts

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals on a regular basis

  • Provide account management

  • Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service

Territory includes- Terrell, TX Tyler, TX, Longview, TX, etc. areas.


License/Certification/Education: Normally a B.A./B.S. Degree preferred w/2-4 years of outside sales experience. Normally requires a valid driver's license along with a clean driving record.

Assistant Director of Environmental Services (EVS) Job Summary: The assistant director of EVS supports the EVS director, helping to ensure housekeeping team members are meeting HHS' expectations and standards for cleanliness outcomes and infection prevention techniques. Additionally, the assistant director helps monitor operating budgets, conducts daily meetings, and collaborates with hospital administration to ensure customer satisfaction. A successful assistant director of EVS is able to lead by example and pull their weight when needed. This position reports to Director of the facility; Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Provide leadership to housekeeping team for all EVS operations. * Recruit, interview, hire, and develop team member's performance providing regular and timely assessment. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, The Joint Commission, OSHA, and industry regulatory agencies. * Execute and maintain daily quality control systems. * Demonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer and patient satisfaction. * Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world class service. * Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets. * Create weekly schedules for work force. * Conduct daily team meetings to discuss operational and safety goals. * Reward and recognition for hourly team members. Qualifications: * College degree or equivalent work experience. * 2 plus years managing salaried and hourly employees. * Must possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization. * Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills. * Strong customer service orientation with a high sense of urgency. * Ability to work in a fast paced, service oriented environment. * High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information. * Effective judgment and decision making ability. * Working knowledge of Microsoft office and web-based software. * Must be proactive, self motivated and demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities. * Effective collaborative skills; performing comfortably in group settings. * Bi-lingual a plus * Relocation is required.
