Account Executive

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Hopewell, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a proven track record of generating leads and closing sales, and an aptitude for technical, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.

Proficiency in using Pipedrive or similar CRM software is considered a plus. Responsibilities:  Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking within the water well industry.  Handle incoming leads promptly and professionally, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.  Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and assistance.  Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and expanding our customer base.  Utilize Pipedrive or similar CRM software to manage and track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Requirements:  Previous experience in sales, ideally within the water well industry.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.  Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results- oriented mindset.  Aptitude for technical, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.  Proficiency in using Pipedrive or similar CRM software is considered a plus.  Valid driver license and reliable transportation.  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
