Interface has a sales opening in Salt Lake City, Utah or Boise, Idaho. The territory is Utah, Eastern Idaho and Eastern Montana.

The successful candidate is responsible for generating sales, identifying and qualifying business opportunities and presenting Interface products to customers as well as preparing formal proposals and leading negotiations to close the sale. The focus of this role will be on dealers and end users with the primary goal of developing end user preference for Interface and leveraging end user relationships to develop partnering alliances with key dealers. While the focus of the role is End User/CRE & Dealers, at times an AE may be brought into A&D firms by the A&D AE to provide sales support.

Essential duties:

Manage relationships to drive sales with assigned key end users and develop business with other high potential accounts and prospects

Advise end users on product selection to meet project design and cost objectives

Present Interface products to customers and educate end users & dealers on Interface products & benefits

Work to get Interface specified by end users for active projects

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with end users, real estate project managers, and other key decision makers.

Leverage internal sales support resources, provide samples, technical information, and answers to end user questions

Develop partnering relationships with key dealers, secure their discretionary business

Deepen end user commitment to Interface and secure agreements

Prepare formal proposals

Lead negotiations

Coordinate complex decision-making processes with customers

Identify and remove barriers to closing the sale

Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management

Manage all expenses within budget set and submit expense reports promptly per policy

Input data into CRM to ensure database is current


Educational requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent educational background is preferred

Skills and experience:

Prefer at least three years of sales experience, or equivalent industry experience

Strong business acumen

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to plan and prioritize independent work schedule

Position Summary: The role of the PAR is to effectively support outpatient services in Mountain Land Rehabilitation (MLR). This position requires a warm and friendly personality that is focused on customer service. The position will require attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and above average computer competency. This position will require the ability to learn and display competency in operating the MLR Practice Management Software as well as the skills to recognize errors and other mistakes. This position is responsible for the proper execution and operation of correcting crucial errors that hold up billing charges and processes that directly affect the clinic and revenue. A PAR must be able to speak on the phone to many different types of people while achieving the MLR goal of lowering our accounts receivable. Essential Functions: * Maintain a professional disposition in all situations * Adheres to the work schedule defined by the supervisor * Exceptional Customer Service * Detailed documentation of tasks performed * Conflict Resolution * Accurate Payment Posting * Statement Preparation * Patient Refunds * Establish and monitor payment plans * Collection of patient balances * Maintain AR expectations set by MLR * Attend and participate in scheduled meetings * Any other task assigned by the supervisor Skills/Requirements Education and/or Other Requirements: * 2 years' collection experience (prefered,but not required) * Above average computer competency (Microsoft Office necessary) * Strong ability to multitask in stressful situations ?Schedule: * Full-Time, Mon-Fri 8 a.m.- 7 p.m. flexibility Hourly Wage: * $13-$16 per hour DOE Mountain Land Rehabilitation Salt Lake City UT
