We are experiencing great momentum and are looking to expand our sales team! Twine is looking to add Account Executives in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, and will report directly to the VP of Sales.


We are looking for dynamic Account Executives to engage with a fast-moving, cross-disciplinary staff to grow revenue by evangelizing Twines TrueData across agencies and brands within assigned territories. This will include fully understanding Twines broad offerings, detailed targeting solutions, and differentiators in the marketplace. In conjunction with the VP of Sales, Director of Sales, and Account Managers, this role will exceed revenue goals by building and maintaining relationships, and providing the highest caliber customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and maintaining an account and agency book of business. Work directly with targeted brands and agencies, as well as lists you develop, to prospect new contacts and generate usage of Twines platform and targeting abilities.
  • Run cohesive and comprehensive meetings with leading brands and advertisers. Utilize Twines marketing materials to deliver a cohesive and comprehensive snapshot of Twines end-to-end offering.
  • Develop thoughtful targeting recommendations. In concert with account management, you will brainstorm out of the box ideas for segmentation to drive ROAS and exceed specified KPIs.
  • Be at the forefront of all trends and planning cycles. You will know each account from the top to the bottom, and fully understand each line of business and planning cycles.
  • Execute focused quarterly strategy. To meet and exceed quarterly revenue, you will work with the VP of Sales to deliver on focused quarterly strategies as outlined at the beginning of each quarter
  • Always source, always discover new revenue opportunities. You wont sit still and will always be reading the trades, checking our sales automation tools, networking amongst their peers, and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Become a TrueData Expert. Work in conjunction with every department to fully understand Twines TrueData offering and become an expert on everything data-oriented across the industry.


What were looking for:

  • Experience. You have spent 2-4 years at a DSP, DMP, agency, or data-centric organization. Traders, sellers, planners we are looking at you!

Primary Responsibilities Manage the daily operations and communications of the account to ensure satisfied clients and timely deliverables. Set up internal and client meetings including logistics, attendee confirmations, technology access, etc. Recap all client meetings with client ready conference reports and issue within 24 hours of call/meeting Lead weekly client status calls with the support of the Account Supervisor (as needed) Generate estimates, work orders, change requests, SOWs, ISRs, BWOs, POs, COTs and all other relevant document required to route and complete projects through the CE and Axis systems Responsible for maintaining and issuing updated monthly budget tracker Review industry reports, trends and results and interpret data to make proactive recommendations to advance a campaign and/or the client’s business initiatives Project Management Responsibilities Work with Operation Specialists to prepare comprehensive project timelines as requested by Account Supervisor Communicate shifts in project timelines with client, while proactively raising a flag to the Account Supervisor on critical shifts effecting live/production dates Hold client contacts accountable for meeting deadlines within shared project timelines Assist in building Keynote presentations for creative briefs and client presentations including proofing and printing copies Track production of all projects Work with the various departments to ensure each step of the creative process is followed (client/internal reviews, routing, work orders, proofing, legal, etc) Accountabilities Show consistent excellence in client service and in building a trusting partnership with the client Work with production leads to manage the production process; ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns Proactively trouble shoot and problem solve issues as appropriate with the support of Account Supervisors Demonstrate attention to detail and follow through skills with internal/external teams Complete assignments and/or agreements within deadlines Work with department leads (Account, Social, Media, Strategy, Production, Search) to keep all team members abreast of project status and timeline shifts Education and Experience 2-3 years of Account Management experience A BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or related field Integrated experience in TV, Radio, Online, OOH and Print media with a proven track record of multitasking Proficient at problem solving and brainstorming for solutions Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills At Campbell Ewald, we believe that the things that make us different make us better.
