Propio Language Services is transforming communication by developing tools and technologies that make it easier and more efficient for clients to engage with the Limited English Proficiency Population to improve access to healthcare and essential services in social services, education, legal and many others.
Propio is rapidly growing and is looking to hire a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive is responsible for selling in new service lines and increasing revenue across an assigned group of growth targeted accounts. The Account Executive will identify, pursue, and close all expansion opportunities by leveraging relationships with decision makers in their assigned accounts. This role has both account management and sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on our non-healthcare clients to drive revenue growth within our remote interpretation platform
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales expansion opportunities
Negotiate and execute contracts for expansion business
Track the status and follow up on all open opportunities in your pipeline
Build relationships with key client stakeholders at decision making level
Understand the needs of the client and come up with revenue driving solutions
Manage client requests for billing resolution, call and interpreter disputes, and general questions
Collaborate with Client Success Team to proactively identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base
Input client information into data management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Expertly understand on all Propio service lines
Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed
25% travel, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2-4+ years in a sales/account management role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
Experience utilizing Salesforce/Zoom Info (preferred)
