The TPO Account Executive (AE) is responsible for marketing and selling all of Finance of America Mortgage financial products and services to Wholesale broker clients and Non Delegated Correspondent Bankers. Account Executives will be tasked with building and maintaining a strong relationship with covered clients and inside FAM Operations. They will be responsible to prospect and develop new accounts. While primarily assigned to a specific territory, the AE can solicit national business from their clients. The AE can develop new accounts where they have existing relationships outside of their assigned territory with their Sales Manager's approval.
EXPECTATIONS
Exceeds established sales goals and minimum standards
Works with the client and FAM operations/fulfillment to facilitate processes that are customer centric
Contacts branch management to implement "on boarding" process for new clients
Trains new loan officers and companies through our broker approval process
Works with the assigned CSR with reports on sales activities, market information, status of client base and other information including but not limited to pipeline management insuring efficiency and customer fulfillment
Attends sales, trade shows and official FAM meetings as required
Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION - REQUIRED
EDUCATION - PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
4+ years of industry experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of demonstrated customer service, and time management skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read and interpret documents such as underwriting guideline matrix, lender's instructions, trust agreements, purchase contracts
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
Highly self-motivated and constantly driving for improvement
Ability to communicate and network at all levels of an organization
Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, CRM databases)
Confident, presentable and professional
