This Account Executive role is an established position representing our Real Estate Endorsed Local Provider program. This team puts a lot of value in activity. You need to be comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails to prospects. This position will also receive inbound leads. A daily plan and effective use of our CRM software is key (experience with Salesforce is preferred). Following up with your pipeline will be an area of focus and measurement of success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Calling incoming leads to prequalify and schedule

  • Mining our database of clients who have expressed interest

  • Cold-calling ideal clients to gauge interest

  • Ability to get to the CLOSE

  • Strive for continuous improvement through sales training, recorded calls and feedback

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Zero call reluctance

  • Super hungry to achieve goals

  • Successful experience in sales (B2B preferred)

  • Aptitude to hear the word "no" as an opportunity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong phone skills

  • Organized and schedule-driven

  • Loves interacting with people

  • Microsoft Outlook & Excel experience is a must

  • Salesforce Experience is preferred

Real Estate Experience is not required.
