Signifyd is looking for Sales Account Executives (AEs) who are looking to grow their career in the fast-growing e-commerce security space. You'll be responsible for net new growth within key SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, selling to some of the world's most respected and admired brands.
Account Executives are responsible for identifying and closing new business in each of Signifyd's target industries. While many of the organizations in this space are familiar with traditional anti-fraud tools, AEs at Signifyd will serve as a consultative partner to merchants, assisting and educating them on the benefit of SaaS platforms and the significance of turning the fraud center of an organization from a loss prevention group to a business enablement group .
The ideal candidate has between 3-5 years of account management or solution selling of software services into Mid Market or Commercial segments at scale. Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or payments solutions is a plus but not required.
At Signifyd, we're very good at proving that people are who they say they are.
We do this by using Big Data and sophisticated Machine Learning to link a consumer's online behavior to their offline identity. For example, we can match social data (like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter), device data, and online behavior with information provided in an online purchase to provide context to a customer's identity. You now have a complete unified profile of your customer, not just pieces of transactional data.
The most common applications of this are fraud reduction (to limit chargebacks), accepting more online orders (to confidently sell more product), and streamlining investigation time of risky orders (to increase operational efficiency).
