What You'll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking an Account Executive to join the Acura DAA Search team. As Account Executive you will report into the Account Director and assist in managing the communications of the individual dealer Paid Search accounts. This is a client-facing position with a myriad of duties including, facilitating communications with the Search team, of the recommendations and optimizations for each dealer market and each dealer/media agency. You will be coordinating and assisting in presenting scheduled Search performance reports to each DAA. You will manage the requests of monthly rotations of creative incentives, addressing miscellaneous dealer requests regarding the Search program and managing monthly budgets and billing invoicing. You will have 1+ years of experience within Account Management. Digital marketing experience is required. Tiered and regional marketing, as well as Paid Search marketing experience is a plus.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Assisting the Account Director in managing communications between the Search team and clients

  • Campaign recommendations and optimizations

  • Assisting in the delivery of performance reports

  • Monthly incentive ad copy rotation approvals

  • Miscellaneous dealer requests

  • Coordinating with the Search team tracking monthly budgets and billing invoices

  • Developing and facilitating process documentation and status sheets for internal Search team to track all tasks and deliverables that are to be communicated out to clients

  • Facilitating communication with teams and clients

How You'll Excel In Your Role

  • Experience in project management/team messaging platforms

  • Proficiency in Power Point and presenting PowerPoint presentations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite and conference call platforms

  • Experience and knowledge of Digital marketing and a general knowledge of advertising

  • Understanding of tiered marketing in the Digital Automotive space and measuring its success

  • General knowledge and understanding of Paid Search advertising and marketing

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Must be comfortable and confident in presenting one-on-one and to small groups both in-person and over the phone

  • Willing to challenge themselves and to think of creative ways to work around problems and grow business

  • Good listener and empathetic professional who builds strong relationships both inside and outside the agency

  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must

  • Attentive and responsive to dealer needs with the ability to balance upholding the brands initiatives and integrity, while resolving dealer issues satisfactorily

  • Able to travel within the United States
