Account Executive

Job Description Job Description RiverPoint is looking for an Account Executive to join our Chicago team. The primary objective of this job is new business development.

Core tasks of the job: Identify and develop a professional network of relevant contacts and nurture those relationships to drive revenue by analyzing client needs and closing business. Communicate information on client activity to internal staff.

Work closely with candidates to prepare them for client interaction & interviews Transition new consultants from assignment start and provide ongoing support while on assignment. Serve as a liaison between RiverPoint associates and client stakeholders. This job involves a blend of account development and maintenance and employee / customer relationship building.

You must have a background in outside sales. Big plus if it’s been in the services space. Even bigger plus if it’s been in staffing or IT staffing. Our staff who have demonstrated success at RiverPoint have certain traits in common that we’ll evaluate during the hiring process.
