PingPong is looking for a focused and customer driven Account Executive.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-starting and possess a high bias for action. Prior experience and knowledge of cross border payments and fin-tech is a plus.
An ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and enjoy solving problems in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.
Key areas of focus for this role will include identification of relevant leads for the targeted segments, effective communication and pitch of the core value proposition, explaining product advantages to target customers, closing the deal and onboarding customers. Effective negotiation with the client will also be an important aspect of the role. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to provide necessary account management support to acquired customers as the business scales.
Specific Responsibilities as below:

Develop new business via cold prospecting and email outreach.
Support in the acquisition and on-boarding of new customers.
Effectively handle and resolve customer concerns and support issues.
Achieve or exceed the quarterly quota of qualified opportunities, resulting in closed business.
Manage successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining pipeline, sales activity
and accurately forecast quarter closes in CRM application.
Not a must but a great advantage:
Experience in the Payments industry
Familiarity with the B2B and Enterprise Customer Segment
Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross border trade
Experience with data analytics & BI tools
Experience working in an international company
